Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

They don't have all language support. They should add more language support.

How do you accept HUD vouchers?
Once the inspector approves your property, you can begin accepting Section 8 housing choice vouchers. At that point, you find your own tenants and complete a separate lease agreement with them. Then, once a month, the housing authority will mail you a portion of the rent and the tenant will pay you the rest.
How do I accept Section 8 as a landlord?
Find Out If You're Required to Accept Section 8 Tenants. Select a Section 8 Tenant. Submit Request for Approval. Pass Housing Quality Standards Inspection/Pass Yearly Inspections. Collect Security Deposit and Monthly Rent. Adhere to Terms of the Lease Agreement. Notify Section 8 of Rent Increase.
Should you accept Section 8 as a landlord?
Section 8 landlords can make good money, with a lower risk of rent defaults at least on the government-paid portion. But Section 8 tenants come with other risks as well.
Why do landlords not accept Section 8?
Landlords that participate in the section 8 program never have to worry about losing rent from a tenant they are evicting. When this event happens, the government increases their share of rent to landlord to cover loss of income from tenant. Section 8 tenants waiting to fill an empty unit.
How do I get my rental property approved for Section 8?
Contact your local PHA office. Review the requirements that your PHA has laid out. Set up an appointment with the PHA housing inspector. If your property is approved, you will then need to fill out a W-9 and some more paperwork to be able to receive voucher payments.
Can a landlord refuse to take Section 8?
The federal law that established Section 8 does not require landlords to participate in the program. But some states do. In Connecticut, Maryland and Massachusetts, for example, landlords may not refuse to rent to current or new tenants who become or are eligible for Section 8 help.
