It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.

How do I check a certificate format?
If the certificate is in text format, then it is in PEM format. You can read the contents of a PEM certificate (cert.CRT) using the 'OpenSSL' command on Linux or Windows as follows: OpenSSL x509 -in cert.CRT -text. If the file content is binary, the certificate could be either HER or pkcs12/PFC.
How do I check my SSL certificate details?
1. Clicking the padlock in the address bar brings up a preliminary dropdown that indicates a secure connection when properly configured SSL is in place. Click the arrow to the right of the dropdown to view more information about the certificate.
How do I find the SSL certificate information?
Visit an SSL-enabled website and double-click on the padlock in the address bar of the website. A window will pop up. Now, click on Show Certificate and then click on Details to view the certificate details.
How do you check SSL is enabled or not?
If you have turned off your status bar, this icon may not be visible, even on websites that use SSL. Right-click a blank area of the screen and select “View Page Info” or “Properties.” Look for an entry for “Connection” or “Security,” which is followed by the encryption status and protocol used.
How do I check a certificate?
Select Run from the Start menu, and then enter cert mgr. Msc. The Certificate Manager tool for the current user appears. To view your certificates, under Certificates — Current User in the left pane, expand the directory for the type of certificate you want to view.

If the text Begin Certificate appears at the beginning of the file, it is in base64 format. If the text Begin Certificate does not appear at the beginning of the file, it is in HER binary format.
How do I know my certificate type?
Double-click the lock icon in the URL bar or in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. If the lock icon has a red exclamation point, the site isn't secured. Click More Information. View the SSL certificate type in the Technical Details section or view more details by clicking the View Certificate button.
