Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Great to mark up documents.
I like this software and they have a money back guarantee of 100 days I believe.
I use this product to mark up documents and sign. I like to keep everything that I do 100% electronic, so with products like this, I am able to do so.
I haven't found anything wrong with this software. It is great for any industry who deals with electronic PDF files.

Program is very user friendly.
Able to properly prepare and submit IRS Form 941.
Easy to use and instructions on usage is very user friendly. Cost to use the system is affordable. Ability to save documents is crucial to church finances.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Very helpful software
Very helpful software, particularly in conjunction with SignNow. Lots of flexibility and configurability. That plus the integrations found throughout the AirSlate suite make it a big value add.

User interface can be better
This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.
