I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. PDFfiller is both handy and speedy, having it at my desktop saves so much time. I never had any training so any problems with it would be entirely my own fault: seems a little clogged when done with the project.

I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

Very useful and cool for filling out paperwork/forms online without having to print them out and scan, or changing the documents format to fill it out.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

detailed forms that only require minor changes can be saved as templates.

I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.

I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.
