I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. I have returned to my old habit of doing my returns manually. This PDFfiller program makes it feasible.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

much better than trying to fill out…
much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.

What is the 30-minute rule?
The 30-minute break rule requires drivers to take a break of 30 consecutive minutes after driving for 8 hours. It is important to note here that drivers do not need to take a break after 8 hours if they are not driving. ... It means that drivers can perform non-driving tasks after 8 hours without taking a break.
How do you log a 30-minute break?
According to the FMCSA's 30-minute break rule, drivers have a window of 8 hours to drive after their last off-duty period of at least 30 minutes. Before being allowed to drive again after this 8-hour window has passed, the driver must take a 30-minute break.
Who is exempt from the 30-minute break?
The 30-minute break rule is mandatory unless you qualify for an exemption to it. For example, all short-haul drivers who operate within a 100 air-mile radius of their starting location are exempt, as well as all non-CDL drivers who operate within a 150 air-mile radius of their starting location.
How long can you drive a truck without a break?
The U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulates the number of hours a trucker can work without a break. Truck drivers are supposed to drive no more than 11 hours in any 14 consecutive-hour period, and are mandated to be off duty 10 or more consecutive hours before beginning their next shift.
Do you have to take a 34-hour restart?
No, the 34-hour break isn't mandatory. It's optional. Sometimes, the 34-hour restart provision is the quickest way to refresh your driving cycle and get back on the road. It all depends on the specific situation of the driver and his/her discretion.
Does 8 hrs in the sleeper berth reset your 14?
2. The driver can use the sleeper berth to extend their 14-hour on-duty period. As long as the driver spends at least 8 consecutive hours in the sleeper berth, this time does not count towards their 14 hours of on-duty time.
What is the 8-hour rule?
The 8 hours are consecutive hours, so they include driving and all other time (including any breaks that are less than 30 minutes). The hours-of-service rules say you have to stop driving CMOS once you reach 8 consecutive hours past the end of your last break of at least 30 consecutive minutes.
What is the 8-hour sleeper berth rule?
To take advantage of this provision, a driver must spend at least 8 consecutive hours (but less than 10) in their sleeper berth. This rest period will not count as part of their 14 on-duty hours. The driver can then take a second, separate rest period of at least 2 consecutive hours (but less than 10).
Can I drive after 8 hours off duty?
May drive a maximum of 10 hours after 8 consecutive hours off duty. May not drive beyond the 14th consecutive hour after coming on duty, following 10 consecutive hours off duty. Off-duty time does not extend the 14-hour period.
How does the 8 and 2 split work?
With the 8/2 split, Sail said a driver could drive for 6 hours and then take a 2-hour off-duty break and then drive for another 5 hours. At that point, an 8-hour off-duty period would commence and, when combined with the 2-hour off-duty break, provide the 10 hours of equivalent off-duty time as required by FMCSA.
