What do you like best? I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I dislike about it. To change or transfer a deed without a lawyer, obtain a certified copy and review the information. Take the unsigned deed to the County recorder's office. A County Clerk can witness the granter and grantee's signatures by acting as a notary public. The deed will become official once it has been signed by both parties.
Although you can prepare such a deed on your own, thanks to the many deed of sale sample letters available out there, it's important to protect yourself by at least having a legal professional review it before you make it official.
