What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

User Friendly Site!
I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.

Editing PDFs has never been easier
I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database.
PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer.
The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

I was nice to fill-out a PDF form in type.
Easy to use. Helpful with PDF form filling. Much more professional to submit a form in type to a city administration.
It was a bit expensive for a short time need of 1-2 months. We only needed it for submittal of forms to a city administration.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I didn't realize how much use I would…
I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!
