I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

What do you like best?
I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.

The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

It's been fine so far although this is my first experience with it. I would like to be able to reduce the font size but I can't find where to do this.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
