Simple, does the job
Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.

I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

How does concatenate work in SQL?
The CONCAT() takes two up to 255 input strings and joins them into one. It requires at least two input strings. If you pass one input string, the CONCAT() function will raise an error. If you pass non-character string values, the CONCAT() function will implicitly convert those values into strings before concatenating.
