I am happy with how to fill out the health claim form template. It is user-friendly and reliable. It is a little slow to open documents and I waste some time looking for the right one. I don't like the organization system and I haven't figured out Templates. I am not looking for a practice management system so I like buying only what I need. Overall, I like the app and I paid for a year subscription.

I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF filler is making my job a lot easier with forms that I use constantly but that are in PDF format and not Word. No one can read my handwriting, so this tool makes everything I do look legible and professional.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Very helpful in my law practice. Ease of filling out a variety of documents. Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out. I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.
