Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!
