How to Use the Conform Contact Form Feature in pdfFiller

The Conform Contact Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and customize contact forms for your business. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Conform Contact Form feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to add the contact form to.

Click on the 'Forms' tab in the top menu and select 'Conform Contact Form' from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Here, you can choose from a variety of pre-designed contact form templates or create your own custom form.

If you choose a pre-designed template, you can further customize it by adding or removing fields, changing the layout, and adjusting the design to match your branding.

If you prefer to create a custom form, click on the 'Add Field' button in the sidebar. You can then choose from a range of field types such as text fields, checkboxes, dropdown menus, and more.

Drag and drop the fields onto the document where you want them to appear. You can resize and rearrange the fields as needed.

Once you have added all the necessary fields, click on the 'Save' button in the sidebar to save your contact form.

To preview the contact form, click on the 'Preview' button. This will allow you to see how the form will look to recipients.

If you're satisfied with the form, click on the 'Done' button to close the sidebar and return to the document.

You can now share the document with others and collect responses through the contact form. Recipients can fill out the form directly within the document and submit it back to you.

To view the responses, go to the 'Forms' tab and select 'Responses' from the dropdown menu. Here, you can see all the submitted contact forms and manage them as needed.
