How to Use the Conform Footer Document Feature in pdfFiller

The Conform Footer Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add a consistent footer to multiple pages of your document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add a footer to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' tab at the top of the page.

Select the 'Conform Footer Document' option from the drop-down menu.

A new window will appear where you can customize your footer. You can choose to add text, images, page numbers, and more.

To add text to the footer, click on the 'Add Text' button and type in the desired text. You can also change the font, size, color, and alignment of the text.

To add an image to the footer, click on the 'Add Image' button and upload the image file from your computer. You can resize and reposition the image as needed.

To add page numbers to the footer, click on the 'Add Page Number' button. You can choose the format of the page numbers and customize their appearance.

Once you have customized your footer, click on the 'Apply' button to add it to your document.

The footer will be added to all pages of your document. You can preview the document to see how the footer looks on each page.

If you need to make any changes to the footer, you can click on the 'Edit Footer' button to reopen the customization window.

Go to Insert > Header or Footer. Choose from a list of standard headers or footers, go to the list of Header or Footer options, and select the header or footer that you want. Or, create your own header or footer by selecting Edit Header or Edit Footer. When you're done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
Footers are located in the margin area at the bottom of a page. Headers and footers generally contain document information, such as the file name, author, date created, page numbering and the like. This information is repeated on each page and thus enables the reader to easily navigate the document.

Click or tap the page at the beginning of a section. Select Layout > Breaks > Next Page. Double-click the header or footer on the first page of the new section. Click Link to Previous to turn it off and unlink the header or footer from the previous section.
