My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. My overall experience with pdf filler has been great so far
I like the customizable features of pdf filler and being able to use pdf filler for my business and it makes my customers lives easier.
I dislike the third party integration as sometimes it loads slowly.

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.
