I used it when I was having Turbo Tax Problem. It was easier because I knew what to fill out. I work for an evnet company, this could revolutionize our permit process.

It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There is no direct way to stop a landlord from serving an eviction notice. Although, there are indirect ways. One is through a public authority or agency. By filing a complaint with the local housing authority, a tenant may be able to stop eviction.
Pay the full amount of rent. Move out. Arrange a payment or move-out plan with the landlord. If unable to accomplish either of the three options above, wait to be served an unlawful detained.
Tenant Responses to a Three-Day Notice The tenant could pay the rent within three days of receiving the notice. If the tenant chooses this does this, the landlord must not proceed with the eviction. The tenant could move out of the rental unit within three days of receiving the notice.
A three-day notice is just that -- if you want to avoid an unlawful detained and can't pay the landlord or property manager, you cannot stay beyond those three days. However, if you are willing to risk the UP, then it likely will take at least a month and a half for a hearing even to be scheduled.
Pay any delinquent rent that is due to the landlord within the allotted time of the notice. Move out of the premises within the allotted time of the notice. File an answer with the judicial court. File a motion to stay with the court.
If a landlord is trying to evict a tenant for not paying rent, the landlord must first give the tenant a three-day notice of nonpayment of rent. The notice should tell the tenant how much rent is owed, and that the tenant has three days to pay it. If the tenant pays within the three days, the tenant can stay.
You cannot force the landlord to give you an extension. You may be able to negotiate one. But, he will probably want to be paid for it. An eviction proceeding can take some time.
A Motion to Stay (Delay) Order for Summary Eviction allows the tenant to ask the court to “stay” (pause) a summary eviction and grant the tenant up to ten more days to move. (NRS 70.010(2). JC RCP 110.) A tenant can file a motion to stay at any time after an eviction notice is served.
