Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.
I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.

How do I transfer a deed from one person to another?

Can you transfer a deed with a lien?
Transferring Property Without Removing Liens The law does not require that liens be removed before title to property can be sold or transferred. But the lien will need to be cleared up if the buyer needs financing or wants clear title.
Can you transfer property with a lien on it?
Generally speaking you can transfer a property with a lien as long as the person accepting the transfer, by gift or sale, is willing to accept the property with the cloud of the lien on the title.
What happens if I buy a property with a lien?

Will a quit claim deed remove a lien?
