Excellent service, however, I would have liked to have known there was a fee prior to filling out the form. I just assumed it was a Royal Bank form as that is what I googled.

It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

The only issue I have is that old documents that I thought would be saved are not. That is my issue, however, and not yours. Everything else is great.

PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.
