I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

great, easy to use, saves us a fortune on an extra phone line for a fax. Great customer service, I always use live chat and get answers and resolution within a few minutes. I have only had to use support 3 times in a year because the program is so user friendly.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.
