With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

PDF filler works great and has helped print some documents that we used to have to type.
Less time spent on creating forms for the clinic.
Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement
Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

I really enjoy using PDF Filler! It offers a great variety of tools that make working with PDFs so much easier and more efficient. The features are user-friendly and save me a lot of time.
My only wish is that the monthly subscription was a bit more affordable, as it can feel a bit pricey over time. However, the quality and range of features make it a valuable tool that I keep coming back to. Overall, it's a fantastic service for anyone who works with PDFs regularly!
