Very Satisfied and excellent customer service. After a charge dispute, the error was fixed immediately. Then had a print problem and that problem was corrected before I could explain to CS. Great service!!!!

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Very good web environment
Very good web environment. A lot of useful tools and options but yet, still simple. The on and only thing you could improve is the speed, loading times. Great Work, Great site good job to your team.

How do I correct information on FamilySearch?
Make sure that you sign in to your FamilySearch account. Go to an article that you would like to edit, to correct, or to add information. If you want to edit the entire page or the beginning portion of the page, click on the Edit source tab at the top of the page.
How do I get rid of family search?
Edit. In order to delete an unwanted account, you may send an e-mail to support@familysearch.org, with Subject: Request for Account Deletion. Please, be sure to include your name and the Username of the account to be removed. You may also call FamilySearch Support for help, (see: 113123).
How do I remove my information from ancestry com?
E-mail customersolutions@ancestry.com your request for removal, include in the email your email address, the URL address to the page in which the information appears, and specify what you would like to have removed. Wait up to 2 business days.
How do I share my family tree on FamilySearch?
To invite a family member, all you need is his or her email address. On the home page, click Invite More Family. The names you'll see listed are people who are in your tree. You can invite those not in your tree by scrolling to the bottom of the page and using Invite More People Manually.
