Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

Yes some editing buttons r felt missing i think sometime i had to go to microsoft office then copy past but the problem is i cant do that as theformatting is dufferent so i would prefer to but genuine more options in side the app

Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

How do you control a settlement?

How can I lower my foundation settlement?
The soil's ability to support the load of a foundation settlement may be reduced by changes in moisture content within the soil. If soils are saturated, clays and silts may be softened. If soils are dried-out they have a tendency to shrink or contract.
How do I stop foundation settlement?
Water twice a day. Set a timer on your foundation and sprinkler system so that it waters every day at dusk and dawn for 30 minutes. Drain water away from house. Don't allow water to collect near the house. Implement proper grading. Plant trees and shrubs away from your home. Maintain moisture levels. Embed the foundation.
How much foundation settling is normal?
If you ignore it, your foundation could sink into the earth up to four inches. Foundation fractures such as cracks in walls or floors. It's perfectly okay for the foundation to crack or sink during the initial years after its construction. Hairline cracks measuring 1/16 are typical.

Shrinkage, such as that which occurs in timber-framed buildings as the frame adjusts its moisture content. Or. undue loads being applied to the building after its initial construction.
How can we prevent soil settlement?
Install drainage ditches or drain pipes to prevent soil settlement in areas. If water has a path to follow, it is less likely to erode land areas. Create small mounds of soil in between plant rows to keep soil from shifting or settling due to a slope in the field.
