For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Event Evaluation Survey. Organizing an event or developing a training program is very intensive. By collecting feedback before, during or after your activity, you are sure that the content meets the expectations or will do so in the future. You can even conduct the survey during the event with QR codes and kiosks.
Event evaluation is an activity that seeks to understand and measure the extent to which an event has succeeded in achieving its purpose. A more constructive focus for evaluation is to make recommendations about how an event might be improved to achieve its aims more effectively.
How should I ask for feedback? You can print out surveys and hand them out at your event, and make sure to collect them before your attendees leave. If you have the attendees' email addresses from registration, feel free to email them a survey and ask them to email it back to you by a certain date.
Open-ended questions. Yes / No or rating based questions. Ask for honesty. Be specific and timely. Listen to learn. Ask clarifying questions. Take notes. Commit and follow up.
The length of your survey should be short enough that it takes the average user 5 minutes or less to complete. This can be achieved with about 10 questions or fewer, usually. Before you create your survey, be sure you have given thought to what your objectives are. Knowing what you want to achieve will keep you focused.
Event survey tip #2: Keep it short. While you want to obtain feedback that's specific enough to be useful, you don't want to scare off respondents with too many questions. Event survey tip #3: Stick to multiple-choice answers. Event survey #4: Get to know your respondents. Event survey #5: Create a narrative.
11 Effective Data Collection Tools for Events. There are a number of data collection tools that helps organizations gather and analyse valuable information around their events. Registration Systems. Event Survey Systems. Event Management Software. Mobile Apps. Social Media Tools. On-Site Systems. Audience Engagement Tools.
Pre-Test and Post-Test Surveys are a common practice in the surveying world. In the Pre-Test survey baseline data is collected. Then, at a later date, the Post-Test survey collects follow-up information after some treatment has been applied.
Question their answers, listen and go deep. The more they talk, the more you will learn. Do not get defensive or take things personally; just ask questions for clarification, listen and continue to take notes. Once a team member has given their feedback, ask permission to give them some feedback.
Some examples of positive feedback are contractions in childbirth and the ripening of fruit; negative feedback examples include the regulation of blood glucose levels and osmoregulation.
Identify the Event. Begin with the basics. Highlight Purpose. Provide Descriptive Data. Emphasize Highlights. Acknowledge Challenges.
Feedback Enhances Performance Falling short on timely, honest constructive criticism will either leave employees without the knowledge that their performance must improve, or stifle their efforts to change due to the lack of specific information on what will help them meet expectations.
It's imperative that you evaluate the success of your event if you plan on organizing future events. A thorough evaluation of your event will help you understand: What worked and what didn't work. Whether you met the expectations of your guests.
