PDFfiller is a software that any human resources analyst needs to learn how to use, it really sets you appart from other professionals. For me it has been the best way to automate several processes at work. I absolutely recommend it.
PDFfiller is incredible, it has allowed me to create fillable pdf forms to submit them to new recruits in our company, and that way we have reduced a lot of paperwork since all of our personnel files are in digital format. Also when interviewing for a position we have been able to automate and rank our candidates via our fillable forms.
I gotta admit it took me a while to fully master this software, I would love if it were a bit more streamlined, but after I got the hang of it this software really changed the way I work

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read...
Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

How do cracks form?
Mud cracks (also known as mud cracks, desiccation cracks or cracked mud) are sedimentary structures formed as muddy sediment dries and contracts. Crack formation also occurs in clay-bearing soils as a result of a reduction in water content.
How do cracks form in concrete?
Cracks occur because the concrete slabs shrink as they dry out. Proper design includes cutting the slabs when they are wet to try to get the slabs to crack along the lines scored. Control of cracks is often done by reinforcing the slabs with reinforcement such as wire mesh or fiber mesh embedded in the slab.
Why do cracks form in concrete?
Probably the single most common reason for early cracks in concrete is plastic shrinkage. When the concrete is still in its plastic state (before hardening), it is full of water. This water takes up space and makes the slab a certain size. As the slab loses moisture while curing it gets a bit smaller.
Is it normal for concrete to crack?
The most common is because concrete shrinks as the excess water evaporates, and it hardens. Unfortunately, too often contractors add too much water to the mix, which makes it easier to apply but also more vulnerable to cracking. Concrete can also crack if it dries too quickly.
Is cracking in concrete normal?
Plastic Shrinkage As the slab loses moisture while curing it gets a bit smaller. As the concrete shrinks, the slab could crack in order to relieve tension. Shrinkage cracks are common and can occur as early as a few hours after the slab has been poured and finished. Usually they are not a threat to the structure.
Why is my cement cracking?
Shrinkage is a main cause of cracking. As concrete hardens and dries it shrinks. This is due to the evaporation of excess mixing water. This shrinkage causes forces in the concrete which literally pull the slab apart.
How do you keep concrete from cracking?
Excess water. Excess water in the concrete mix can also increase the probability of cracking. Poor Sub-grade Preparation. Sub-grade preparation is critical in providing a good base for your new concrete. Improper Curing. Depth of Joints. Timing of Jointing. Don't Forget to Cure. Sealing Joints.
What is acceptable cracking in concrete?
In our CFA Standard, we specifically call out that the maximum allowable crack for a foundation wall width is 1/8 inch because water and damp proofing can easily span that width. Exterior Slabs: Average concrete shrinks about 0.06%, so unless there are control joints, cracking is inevitable.
