So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

There are many buttons to navigate, perhaps a simpler layout What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I complete many Acord insurance applications on PDF. What do you like best? I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents. What do you dislike? The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has simplified my study resources by allowing me to combine relevant documents.
