Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.

About the only things that I dislike is the cost.

I do billing from home and this website made it possible for me to do this
Very easy to use. I am able to do the dental billing I need to do from home. It saves it for me and I print out what I need for my records.

Creating Policy and procedures
Creating Policy and procedures, I notice spell check had changed a word. PDF Filler prevented the need to recreate the whole document.

cost per document option
I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.
