Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

So far, so good
So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

What happens if a permit expires?
You must keep the expired permit with your new instruction permit until you pass your driving test. If you lose your expired instruction permit, without the necessary proof of a previous application, the full six-month waiting period will be required before you will be allowed to take your driving test.
Can I get my license with an expired permit?
Usually renewing a permit is fairly inexpensive once it's expired (under $10), so no worries there! No. You'll need to renew it in CA per Cal | DMV.com You have to get a new application if it expired more than 6 months and start the process over again.
What if your permit expires?
The rules allow the renewal of an expired permit for up to two years after it was initially issued, and it can be renewed for a maximum of one year. After that, he will have to start the process over again and retake the knowledge exam. The fee for a renewed learner's permit is $6.50.

Learners. If your learner license has expired, to renew it you'll have to pass the Driver Knowledge Test again as well as doing the eyesight test and paying the normal learner license fee. Any hours that have been recorded prior to the expiry date will still be recognized, so you won't need to start again.
