Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I chatted with two reps for over an hour each with no results. I then chatted with KARA and in less than five mins my problems were solved. Kara is earning her pay cheque, she is a true asset to this company. YOU NEED YO PAY HER MORE MONEY.

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

What do you like best?
That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. What is the correct way to write DBA?

How do you list a DBA in a contract?
