It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

PDFfiller has helped me take care of both business and personal matters while on the go. The program/service has kept me from having to find a printer and print, sign, etc. I can just pull up a file, electronically sign and send back. Thanks PDFfiller!!!

PDF filler solved my small business billing issues! I am able to prepare CMS Form 1500 online and fax directly to the insurance company! It stores all my documents for future reference too and allows me to edit and resend if there is a problem. Awesome tool for a small business like mine!!!

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

Think there is some maximum number of pages you can convert at one time so have to break it up.

The product is super easy to use, from creation until the document is saved. I used it continuously for 26 of the 30 trial days and will definitely resubscribe going forward. I rate it as the best of its kind.

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
