I have used PDF Filler for many years now, it is easy to use and there are many features that it does have that I don't use. If you use this tool to the max, it will benefit any company.
Nothing really to mention about that is bad about this program....I know there are a lot of features that I don't use, that I would like to learn how to integrate into my company.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I have tried various programs to change PDF's, and I find this one the easiest to use. It is much more intuitive than some of the others.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

It was very easy to navigate the site and fill out the form I needed. I like that they have several options available to print, email, fax and even send out a copy USPS.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

What is PDF a compliance?
PDF/A is a compliant archiving format: meaning PDF/A can ensure the authenticity, integrity of your documents; provide more context than other file preservation file formats thanks to metadata; and can be a good answer to format or technology obsolescence.
How do I know if a PDF is PDF A?
To identify PDF/A files you may use the VNeeS checker which identifies non PDF/A compliant files in the validation report. An individual PDF/A document may also be identified as such through its PDF/A-specific metadata.
Should I use PDF A?
PDF/A can be used to store many types of records, but it is most valuable as a format for storing long-term copies of digital textual documents, such as Microsoft Word files. When you convert such a file into a PDF/A, the resulting file retains the look and feel of the original document.
What is compliance with PDF A?
PDF/A compliant means your file meets the requirements of the PDF/A format. The most basic PDF/A requirements are as follows: All content is embedded (fonts, colors, text, images, etc.) and does not contain audio/video.
How do I convert a PDF to SDF?
Login to your account or sign up for a new account if you don't have one already. Once you're logged in, click on the 'Convert' tab at the top of the page. From the dropdown menu, select 'PDF to SDF'. Click on the 'Choose File' button to upload the PDF file you want to convert.
What does create PDF A mean?
PDF/A is an archival format of PDF that embeds all fonts used in the document within the PDF file. This means that a user of your file will not have to have the same fonts that you used to create the file installed on their computer to read the file.
