Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

What do you like best?
PDFiller is ultra-convenient and super-easy to use. It's in the cloud, so it's easy to access. And it has a vast array of features. Storage is a cinch, whether on your hard drive or in the cloud.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of much that I don't like about the program. There might be a more direct or seamless way to save documents to Google Drive, in terms of getting them straight into a particular folder instead of just onto the Drive, but that's a minor issue.

PDFiller is a lifesaver when I'm editing contracts and related forms. The clarity of the input and the ability to maneuver the text around the document is a huge plus. Line-outs and erasures are a breeze, making for "cleaner," more legible documents.

Best PDF Solution I work with PDF's every single day and that requires a software that can handle PDF files with ease and allow me to create and edit these on a moment's notice. PDFfiller is perfect for that. PDFfiller allows me to store private data fields (and documents) safely and share them with the right recipients knowing no one can intercept the private data on the way. My team and I often use the same templates on a daily/weekly basis, which saves us a lot of time all together. The interface itself is easy to use once you get the hang of things. All things considered, PDFfiller is an outstanding solution for all your business' PDF Needs. PDFfiller took a few days to learn the basic functionality of, but that is to be expected from a software that provides us with great value. I did not deduct any points for this as this is a very minor inconvenience.

Need clients to complete a form and/or sign a document; pdfFiller is the perfect tool. I needed a way for clients to access a fillable PDF via link multiple times throughout a process and give access to this same form to other team members to sign off on different stages of the process. pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow. Easy to use, even if you have no experience creating fillable forms or verified digital signatures. It only manages very basic workflows, however, their sister app AirSlate does full workflow management, so if you need something a bit more robust, that's a great option!

A Time Saver for Any Business who deals with PDFs Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool. We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver. We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.

Correction Deed — Correcting A Recorded Deed. Once a deed has been recorded, it is part of the public record and cannot be changed. It is possible, however, to amend that record by adding a newly executed deed, usually called correction or corrective deed, deed of correction or, in some states, deed of confirmation.
Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.
Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
These errors can be rectified by the execution of a supplementary document called correction deed or rectification deed. The parties need to get the corrections into a duly executed document. Further, they need to pay the requisite stamp duty in order to get it registered with the specified authority.
Draw line through entry (thin pen line). Make sure that the inaccurate information is still legible. Initial and date the entry. State the reason for the error (i.e. in the margin or above the note if room). Document the correct information.
A correction deed is somewhat self-explanatory: it is a deed that serves to correct and negate a mistake made between parties that have contracted an original deed agreement. The mistake can encompass minor terms of the agreement such as the misspelling of a name, or major terms such as the price of the land.
Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation.
Take a copy of the Degree Changing Name form to your local court clerk in California. Send a copy of the certified Degree Changing Name form to your mortgage lender if you have a mortgage on the home. Fill out the quit claim deed.
