I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

What do you like best?
The result of editing and filling out PDF documents so the end product looks professional and neat.
What do you dislike?
Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

I used their services for 1 year I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails. They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.
