It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

My experience has been great. It allows me to do whatever I would need to do with a PDF and then some!
I liked that you can do just about everything with the software from edited forms to filling them out or creating them. All in one solution.
There really isn't much I can say I didn't like about the software. It really allows for me to do everything I would need to do with a PDF document.

SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TECH SAVY
ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

Can I change my deed?
You can't just edit your deed there is a very specific process that must take place before any alteration to the deed can be made. If you want to change your deed, you will sometimes need to present the alterations you want to make in court.
How do I change the deed to my house?
To transfer a house deed to a family member right now, obtain a quit form deed. Get the required form from the recorder or register of deeds in the county where your house is located, then fill it out, sign it in front of a notary, and send it to your family member.
How much does it cost to change name on house deeds?
Costs will vary based on your lawyer's fees and the county you live in, but you may pay upwards of $250 to remove a person's name from a property deed.
How long does it take to change property deeds?
