I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

How long can logs sit before milling?
From Gene Winger, forum technical advisor: As a rule of thumb, there will be a measurable loss in four to six weeks of warm (over 50 F) weather. It is just a rule of thumb.
How long can oak logs sit before milling?
Some logs you may want to pull to the side and let set for a couple of years. I would pile all the maple and sycamore for at least an 18-month sit. You can have a year or so on the oaks. Sweet gum does not last long and hickory and ash will get a bit buggy but that to adds to it sometimes.
Should logs be dried before milling?
Lumber does not dry properly “in the log”, only “in the board”. Leave your logs standing as trees until you need them, and then get them milled and stickier quickly. One caveat. If you want salted lumber you need to let the logs sit for a while — usually through at least one hot summer.
How long should logs be cut?
The standard length for firewood is 16 inches. The reason for this is that firewood is typically sold by the cord or fractions of a cord, an amount of wood that measures 4 feet high by 4 feet wide by 8 feet long.
How do you preserve oak logs?
Leave the wood to dry completely after washing, then spread on the sealer in a thin, even layer. The sealer will protect the logs from bugs and fungus. Allow the sealer to set into the logs and finish them with an oil treatment. Use sung or linseed oil and a cloth to rub the oil into the wood.
How long should logs dry before milling?
You should seal the ends within minutes after being cut down. You should not wait hours, and definitely not days! The drying time will vary depending on the wood species and thickness of the logs, but they will take at least one to two years to dry the longer you can leave them before you start building the better.

Bass wood and pine will stain fast, but the lumber is still good and sometimes brings more for the stain. The cooler temps will help slow things down. Some logs you may want to pull to the side and let set for a couple of years. I would pile all the maple and sycamore for at least an 18-month sit.
