Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price. Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If an employer cuts an employee's pay without telling him, it is considered a breach of contract. Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage.
Legally, an employer cannot impose a pay cut upon its employees if they have an employment contract that sets out details of their salary entitlement. This decision is therefore one the employees in questions will have to consent to. ... The BBC won't be the only employer caught up in controversy this year.
The Act does not preclude an employer from lowering an employee's hourly rate, provided the rate paid is at least the minimum wage, or from reducing the number of hours the employee is scheduled to work.
Not quite, but what you can does quit. A boss can't require you to work at a rate of pay you didn't agree to, but you also can't force him or her to pay you a rate they don't agree to pay. Once work is complete, an employer must pay you the last agreed upon rate.
Can an employer reduce an employee's pay to minimum wage during his or her two-weeks' notice period? The Fair Labor Standards Act generally does not prohibit an employer from reducing an at-will employee's hourly rate, provided the employee is paid at least minimum wage.
No, employers cannot charge employees for mistakes, shortages, or damages. Only if you agree (in writing) that your employer can deduct from your pay for the mistake. Only if your employer has reason to believe you were responsible, and you agree (in writing) that your employer can deduct from your pay for the mistake.
Employers must absorb the cost of employees' mistakes. California's law does not allow employers to make deductions from employees' wages for losses due to an employee's ordinary negligence.
An employer is allowed to deduct certain items from an employee's paycheck if the employee has voluntarily authorized the deduction in writing. Examples of such deductible items are union dues, charitable contributions, or insurance premiums.
Most courts agree that employee charge backs are legal so long as it is indicated in the employment contract between the employee and the employer. If the employer fails to state any desire to charge back in the contract, courts generally assume that an employee is entitled to keep the extra commission.
When a Pay Cut Is Not Legal If employers wish to change that rate, they can do so but first employees must agree to it. If they choose not to agree to it, they can discontinue service with the company. But employers cannot tell employees that the paycheck they already worked for is going to be smaller than expected.
