It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

How do I delete a resolution field in Jira?
You can go to the Field Configuration and hide the resolution field. 2. You can automatically set resolution on transition.
How do I change the resolution in Jira?
Select the Jira icon (,, , or) > Jira settings > Issues. Under ISSUE ATTRIBUTES, select Resolutions. Fill in the form below the existing resolutions. You can edit the name and description at any time. Don't name resolutions “Unresolved” or “None”: Click Add.
How do I make a resolution field editable in Jira?
2 answers. You do NOT make it editable. You should only set it when closing an issue, and, you should *always* set it, or Jira does not work properly. It does not matter if you think you don't use it, Jira needs it to be used properly.
What is Jira resolution?
Resolutions are the ways in which an issue can be closed. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Defining+Status+Field+Values. Statuses are used to represent the position of the issue in its workflow.
How do I delete resolution in Jira?
The function to use is Update Issue. The field to use is Resolution. The value to choose is None.

There should be no problem to directly edit a status name, even if it's used. Type “GG” and “Statuses”, find the corresponding status and edit it.

How do I set status in Jira?
