It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

Great customer service and solid product. I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time. Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time. Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle. Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn. I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Find the invoice you want to delete and click the arrow button to the right of the status. The arrow will appear when you move your cursor over the invoice line. Select Delete from the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of this invoice. Click OK.
Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void. For removing the receipt from QuickBooks, select delete.
Delete an invoice In the Business menu, select Invoices. Depending on the status of the invoice, select the Draft, Awaiting Payment, or Overdue tab. To delete an invoice you've cancelled or marked as paid, click All Invoices, then select Archived Invoices. Click Options and select Delete Invoice.

'Clearing' in SAP refers to squaring-off open debit entries with that of open credit entries. Clearing is allowed in GL accounts maintained on an 'open item' basis and in all customer/vendor accounts. The clearing number is derived from the document number of the clearing document.
Residual payment means Balance Payment, in this Payment some amount will pay at the first time, & Remain amount will be Cleared as Balance Payment. After first time Payment it shows Invoice Clearing, and for the Remaining balance it shows Open item.
