It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.

How can I remove an eviction from my record?
Removing an eviction from your public record actually isn't that difficult. If you have an eviction record that will show up in your background check, you can petition the court in the county where the case was filed to have the record expunged, or sealed.
Can an eviction be expunged?
An eviction expungement is a process whereby the judge seals your eviction record. Once your record is expunged, no one will be able to access it. The court may expunge your case if it finds it is in the interest of justice and that there is no need for landlords to know about your prior eviction.
How do you get an eviction expunged?
Steps to Take for Expungement Check from your courthouse whether the landlord filed the case properly. If not, then file a motion to expunge your eviction record.
