It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

I benefit from it cause it not only has what you need but you can save and reference back to it by just a click of a button and I also like how you can customize it your personal liking . I work for family practice and I am always utilizing PDFiller . Looking for a form or needing to reference back to one PDFiller makes it so easy I love it .
