This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

Can I deposit a faxed check?

Therefore, there is no error with respect to what the routing number, the bank Account number or even the check number.
Is a faxed check legal?
The Business Has to Accept Faxed Checks To fax a check, you have to make sure that the person or business receiving the check has the capability to receive it. Sending a check through a fax machine doesn't automatically mean that the company receives a check that they can use.

Can a check be emailed?

Can someone send me a picture of a check?
It is entirely within the discretion of the bank to accept it or not. I haven't found definitive proof, but I have found evidence that (at least in the U.S.) it's perfectly ok to send an image of a check if both parties are aware that the check will be treated as if it were scanned and submitted electronically.
Can a legal copy of a check be deposited?
Substitute checks are copies of an original check which are accepted as legally valid by banks. Banks can use photos or photocopies of an original check in order to make a substitute. However, these replicas must be made by the bank itself in order to be valid.
How do you fax a check?
