I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

It makes is so much easier to complete, manage and print a UB 04. I have never done it before, and have been stressing over it. This site has made it much easier.

I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool

If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

PDFfiller is the best, hands down
I've used just about every PDF filling service I can find and although PDFfiller is on the pricey side, I've found them to be the best because of their drawing features, beautifully organized website on both desktop and mobile, and super fast customer support. If you need to fill out PDF's regularly, I'd say PDFfiller at $6 per month is easily worth the money.

I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .
