User Friendly Site!

What is device history?
Device History Records are authentic copies of a Device Master Record that are used to document the specific information for an individual batch. This record includes: cover page, materials, equipment used, in process testing, manufacturing instructions, and inventory.

Device history record (DHR) means a compilation of records containing the production history of a finished device.
What does a device master record look like?
A Device Master Record is a compilation of all the instructions, drawings and other records, that must be used to produce a product. The Device Master Record is often referred to as simply DMR. The term is used in Quality Management Systems that cover product design and production.
What is the difference between DMR and UHF?
The difference between the UHF and the DMR is in that first letter design vs. device. The UHF is focused on the history of the design and ensuring it was done according to the FDA regulations. The DMR is focused on the device and ensuring you have all the necessary items to build, test, package, and service it.
