This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software

I love this program

Overview. The Affidavit for Collection of Personal Property of the Decedent allows the person entitled to receive the property of the deceased individual to present the Affidavit to whoever holds personal property for transfer.

A Property Transfer Affidavit is a form that notifies the local taxing authority of a transfer of ownership of real estate. The law requires a new owner to file this within 45 days after a transfer of ownership.
Does a small estate affidavit need to be notarized?
A: The small estate affidavit does not have to be notarized. It does need to be signed “under penalty of perjury.” As far as whether you need to file it at the courthouse, it depends on what you want to use it for. Most of the time, you simply provide it to whatever institution you are dealing with (often a bank).
