The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

Awesome program. I love it!After using this program for a bit I now realize it is more than awesome. This program has helped me with forms and signatures and has pretty much streamlined this part of my job. I really love it!!!!!

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

Where is a deed recorded?
Generally, a real estate deed is recorded in the county where the property is located. In most counties, the recorder, clerk, or register of deeds is responsible for maintaining land records. To be recorded, the document must meet both statutory and local requirements.
How do I find a recorded deed?
Finding Out Whether Your Deed Was Recorded To find out earlier rather than later, simply contact your attorney or escrow agent and ask for a copy of the recording page for your deed. The recording page lists the date your deed was recorded and also includes the volume and page number where your deed can be found.
Where do I get a recorded deed?
Commonly, county clerk or recorders offer copies of recorded documents for purchase. However, each office has its own practices. Contact your recorder's office to see if it offers the service. Typically, the recorder is located in the county courthouse or other government building.
