Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

What do temporary permits allow?
Temporary Permits. Permit authorizes the sale of mixed beverages for consumption on the premises for which the permit is issued and may be issued to the holder of a Mixed Beverage Permit for a picnic, celebration or similar event.
What do temporary alcohol permits allow?
What is a Temporary Permit? A Temporary Permit allows a person to sell alcoholic beverages while waiting for their permanent license to issue. It is only issued to a person who has applied for a person-to-person transfer at the same premises.
What is a temporary liquor license?
A temporary liquor license is issues for a short period of time only, and only to an applicant that meets the necessary criteria. Occasional liquor license.
How do you get a temporary liquor license?
Any person with a liquor license can apply for a temporary liquor license. You can apply for a temporary liquor license for 14 consecutive days at a time and for not more than 30 days in a year. Application forms and relevant liquor legislation are available on the Western Cape Liquor Authority website.
How much does a temporary liquor license cost?
License fees can cost anywhere between $25 for special temporary permits to more than $17,000 for manufacturers with at least 5 establishments.
Do you need a permit to transport alcohol?
You need to get a Purchase Transportation Permit from you local ABC. This permit allows you to transport a maximum of 100 liters of unfortified wine and a maximum of 40 liters of either fortified wine or spirituous liquor or a combination of the two.
What is promotional permit?
New Promotional Permit Created in 2005 During the 79th Legislative Session, a new Promotional Permit was created to allow a person to promote the sale of an alcoholic beverage on behalf of someone who manufactures alcoholic beverages, on the premises of a license or permit holder.
What is a private club permit?
The Private Club Registration permit is a permit issued by the TAB for non-profit entities such as club organizations and lodges (Veterans of Foreign Wars for example) that have a clubhouse and want to provide alcoholic beverage service to the club members.
