So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Filled My Document My Way
Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. It is super user friendly. Great pricing after the 30 day free trial. But my favorite part is the set up and how many different things you can easily do!!!!

What is a five-day notice?
A 5-day notice to quit form is a document that can be used to notify tenants that they need to remedy a violation of their lease agreement or leave the property. Once received, tenants have five days to respond in some way. If they do not take action, they can be evicted through the court system.
What does it mean when you get a 5-day notice?
The landlord must give you a 5-day notice telling you to pay the rent in 5 days or move. If you pay within the five days, the landlord must accept the rent and can't evict you. The landlord does not have to accept the rent even if you offer to pay.
What happens when you get a 5-day notice?
Tenancy-at-will evictions require a five-day notice to the tenant that says the tenancy-at-will is terminating and the tenant must leave, followed by a second five-day notice instructing the tenant to leave because tenant's presence on the property is now unlawful (known as a Five-Day Notice to Quit for Unlawful

The Judge's Answer: No. A landlord (whether a relation or not) does not need a permit to lease space. An eviction notice does not have to be notarized just signed by the landlord or an agent of the landlord. You may send your landlord notice to repair the premises and give him reasonable time to repair it.
What happens after a 5-day pay or quit?
If the tenant has not paid rent, the landlord must give the tenant a 5-Day Notice to Pay. However, if the landlord only gives a 5-Day Notice to Pay, then the option to quit may not be available. If the tenant pays the overdue rent, then he has the right to remain in the property.

A five-day notice is effective once five days have passed and the tenant has not paid the rent and possibly any late charges that are due. Eviction proceedings can be filed shortly upon the expiration of the five-day period
Do weekends count on a 5-day notice?
Weekends count. You have five calendar days from your receipt of a 5-day notice to pay all sums demanded. If you do not pay within five calendar days, the landlord can then file an eviction case against you.
