With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

This program is such a life saver
This program is such a life saver, very easy to use, now people I send documents will be able to read the document, also allows you to sign a document as well. 10 out of a 10.

How do I add tags to a PDF?
Add Tags Manually via the Tags Panel With the Tags panel open, select Add Tags to Document from the Options button, or with the Accessibility panel open in the Tools pane, select the Add Tags to Document command (See Figure 23. Adding Tags to an Untagged PDF File).
