When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.

The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.

ONE OF THE BEST PDF FILLER'S IVE USED SO FAR. SOMETIMES THE FONT LOCATION/SIZE WILL PRINT DIFFERENT THAN IT APPEARS ON THE SCREEN BUT AN ADJUSTMENT OR TWO WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT.

We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

How do you delete a header?
Go to Insert > Header & Footer.
On the top right side of the document, select Options > Remove Headers & Footers.
Why can't I remove header in Word?
1. Double-click the header in any one page to go to the editing mode, and then, select the content of the header, see screenshot: 2. Then, press Delete key on keyboard, and then click Close Header and Footer to exit the editing mode, all headers in this current document have been deleted immediately.
Why won't my header and footer remove?
If the header contains text, then you can double-click to open it for editing in any version of Word. With the header open, either scroll to the footer (Word 2007 and above) or click the Switch to Footer button on the Header and Footer toolbar (Word 2003 and earlier) to access the footer and remove content there.
