Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

The Display Sign Charter feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add signatures to your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add a signature to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Sign' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A dropdown menu will appear. Select 'Display Sign Charter' from the options.

A pop-up window will appear with the Display Sign Charter feature. Here, you can choose from various signature options.

To add your signature, click on the 'Add Signature' button.

You can choose to draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, upload an image of your signature, or type your name and select a font style.

Once you have added your signature, you can resize and reposition it on the document as needed.

If you need to add additional signatures, repeat steps 5-7.

After you have added all the necessary signatures, click on the 'Apply' button to save the changes.

You can now download or share the document with the added signatures.
