While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. cool but needs a more user friendly interface. like small pdf for example. An easy converter option, with a file compress option would be cool. But as far as functionality and edit ability, PDF filler produces superior edits and is why I choose it over other products.

What do you like best about the product?
pdfFiller by airSlate saves me so much time when dealing with documents . You can easily share documents and ask for signatures via messages or even share them via QR code
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit tedious when it comes to editing the document. you would have to edit it in a word format and then proceed again with converting it to PDF format. It's a little bit too many clicks for my liking

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.

pdfFiller.com gave me faith in online companies. I have no idea what I was trying to accomplish, but had signed up for a 30 day trial. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years. THANK YOU for being accommodating and obviously trustworthy. Again, you have given me a bit of hope for humanity.
