I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

A Great Product to create PDF documents
Having client's sign documents and creating forms.
The ability to create, fill and sign PDF documents was the best part about this software for me, personally.
I thought it was worth every penny and I also thought it was beneficial to have a free trial initially as well.

It was easy to sign and save...
It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.
